Wow My Health Bar Disappeared. I’ve disabled all addons, I’ve validated in the settings

I’ve disabled all addons, I’ve validated in the settings menu to show name plates - always, larger, and so on. I don’t remember that being the case in the past, especially that i was mainly a tank for most of my wow life. It won’t come back unless I log out and log back in. I can see their names and elite/rare tags, but no health bars. How can I fix that? I can’t find the right plugin to do it. I tried checking the box that says “show friendly buffs” but it doesn’t do anything that I can tell. When i was playing campaign there is 2 bugs i wanna report.
